C.Denby Swanson

 (playwright) graduated from Houston’s High School for the Performing & Visual Arts, Smith College, the National Theatre Institute, and the University of Texas Michener Center for Writers, where she was a fellow in playwriting and screenwriting. She has been a Jerome Fellow, a William Inge Playwright in Residence, and a McKnight Advancement Grant recipient. Her work has been commissioned by the Guthrie Theater, 15 Head a Theatre Lab, Macalester College, and The Drilling Company, and developed at the Southern Playwrights Festival, the Women Playwrights Project, the Lark Theater’s Playwrights Week, PlayLabs, the WPA Festival at Salvage Vanguard, JAW: A Playwrights Festival at Portland Center Stage, New York Stage & Film, the Culture Project’s Impact Festival, the Icicle Creek Theatre Festival, and the Earth Matters on Stage Festival at the University of Oregon. Her blues play BLUE MONDAY was developed at ZACH Theatre Center as part of the NEA/TCG National Theater Residency Program for Playwrights. Her plays for young people include EVERYTHING SO FAR, adapted from a 9th grade biology textbook, and RELATIVE, based on a story about her father, a mathematics professor. Her “killer comedy” THE NORWEGIANS had a successful year-long run in New York City at The Drilling Company and a rave review in the NY Times. It is published by Dramatists Play Service and the Smith & Kraus Best Plays and Best Monologues of 2014 collections. Her vaccine/internet/true love/high school dance/Crucible comedy for young actors, BAD SCIENCE, was commissioned by Educational Theater Association and published in the January 2019 issue of Dramatics Magazine. NUTSHELL, a commission from EST/Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, was included in the 2018 First Light Festival at EST, Austin Playhouse’s New Play Festival, and the Alley’s All New Festival in January 2020. has had 15 plays, short and full-length, produced by TDC.  Many have been published and performed  around  the  world: South Africa (East London), Lebanon (Beirut), Japan (Tokyo and Sasebo), India (Magalore), and Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur – translated into Mandarin). Eric Henry Sanders's many plays include PLAY WITH TIME, MOVING WATER, MAYBE, PROBABLY; RESERVOIR; and THE HELIOPAUSE. His writing has been produced and developed in theatres across the US and abroad, including the Goodman Theatre (Chicago), Union Theatre (London), Theatre503 (London), Theatre89 (Berlin), New Group (NY), The Drilling Company (NY), Primary Stages (NY), Rattlestick Playwrights Theatre (NY), Cherry Lane Alternative (NY), Victory Gardens Theatre (Chicago), Florida Repertory Theatre (Fort Myers) and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Eric also writes fiction and has written several short films including Recently, Long Ago, which premiered at the Palm Springs International ShortFest. He is a Lark Playwrights Fellow, a Member of the Dramatists Guild, and he teaches at Hampshire College (Amherst, MA).

Kate McCamy

 Award winning playwright, screenwriter and producer was raised in lower Manhattan by bohemian artist parents and grew up surrounded by creative minds. She has worked in film and theatre all her life from off off Broadway to Hollywood films. She is a published and produced playwright, screenwriter and songwriter, has been employed as a script doctor; taught playwriting at Julia Richman High School in Queens for Theatre For New Audiences; ran an improvisation workshop and was a Teacher-Director for the Circle Repertory Company Lab and their Arts and Education outreach program. She studied film and screenwriting at New York University, but has learned the most from the school of life, traveling the world and working in the “Business”.
